Acceptance

By accessing apiflow-center.digital or enrolling in Apiflow Center educational programs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site and services.

Educational purpose

Content describes Cold Wallet Operation Planner methods and related operational training. It is informational and educational. It does not create a fiduciary, advisory, brokerage, or custody relationship. See also Not Financial Advice.

Accounts and enrollment

When you request enrollment, you must provide accurate contact details. We may decline or cancel access if information is false or if materials are shared in violation of these terms.

Intellectual property

Course texts, templates, branding, and site design are owned by Apiflow Center or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal or internal-team educational use. You may not resell, publicly republish, or train competing commercial products on our materials without written consent.

Acceptable use

You will not misuse the site to distribute malware, scrape at abusive volumes, attempt unauthorized access, or use our materials to facilitate unlawful activity. Operational examples assume lawful custody of assets you are authorized to handle.

Links such as the Microsoft Store home page are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and materials are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, or fitness for a particular operational outcome. You remain responsible for your own policies, tools, and decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Apiflow Center and its instructors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of funds, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the site or courses. Aggregate liability for claims relating to the services shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for the specific program giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim, or ₩100,000 if no fees were paid.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Apiflow Center against claims arising from your misuse of materials, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Korea shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Service by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
