Refund Policy
Last updated: 8 August 2026
Scope
This Refund Policy applies to paid Apiflow Center educational programs arranged offline. This website does not process checkout; refunds follow the channel used for payment.
Eligibility
Full refunds are available if you cancel at least seven full days before a cohort start date and have not downloaded restricted materials issued for that cohort. Partial refunds may apply if you withdraw within the first seven days of a cohort after accessing fewer than two modules.
Timeframe to request
Submit refund requests within fourteen days of the event that triggers eligibility (cancellation notice or early withdrawal). Requests after that window are reviewed only for documented service failures on our side.
Conditions for full or partial refund
- Full — timely cancellation before access, or cohort cancellation by Apiflow Center.
- Partial — early withdrawal with limited module access; amount equals fees paid minus a 15% administrative portion and the listed value of completed live sessions.
Non-refundable items
Completed private facilitation hours, customized inventory reviews already delivered, and third-party fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable. Downloadable Field Notes packs become non-refundable once the download link is used.
Refund process
Email support@apiflow-center.digital with your full name, program name, payment date, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and may ask for payment references.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten business days after approval. Bank timelines may add additional days.
Cancellation by Apiflow Center
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra fee.
Exceptions
Mandatory consumer rights under Korea law remain available where they cannot be waived. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
